Is there any truth that apple cider vinegar cures a lot of health problems?
And if so what are your experiences with it?

I have read somewhere that vinegar can get rid of it. I took the nail out of the skin of my left toe nail but the skin is like watery infected. Is it true that vinegar cures the condition? I have already had it operated once but it is back so surgery is not an option I am looking for. Any effective cure?
Does apple cidar vinegar cure genital warts?
I had the laser surgery to remove them back in January but now it appears that a new one has appeared. I am sooo devastated and don't want to go through the surgery again for just one wart. Does anyone know if apple cidar vinegar cures them? I read about it online but would like to know some personal experiences. Thanks.
