Natural allergy & sinus cure?
Besides flushing out & steaming your nasal passages, what else non prescription non medicine helps to relieve allergies & help prevent sinus infections? I hva etried EVERY single medicine for allergies & they do not help, the shots will not work so I've been told, by a doctor & , I get sinus infections practically every other month & was told it's JUST due to my allergies......I went to a ENT specialist & that's what they told me So, basically, what can I do and or herbs will help me with this ?Any input will help except saying to chop off my nose lol Thanks Note the sinus rinse is what I meant by flushing out my nasal passages. I already do that & it doesn't seem to help much plus is a pain in the butt seeing taht w in 15 minutes, they are stuffed up again I had a cat scan done to make sure that my sinus are not blocked. to see if that's why I kept getting infections
