Any new cures/treatments available or soon to be available for kerataconosus?
I was diagnosed about 5 years ago and have been wearing RGP's ever since? I tolerate them much better than I when I first started but its more of an inconvenience than anything else. I have to put my lenses in as soon as I wake up in the morning I can't see a thing without them I was wondering if anyone new of any other options upcoming or somethign that may have worked for them Thanks

Any new cures for restless leg syndrome - anyone?
Since being diagnosed years ago with rls, and being allergic to the first drugs the neurologic clinic gave me, I was prescribed mirapex. I had to keep taking more and more until the docs said they had to switch me to requip. It works, but I think it is taking longer to work than before and I have started taking an extra pill b c it wears off too soon. This is a debillitating syndrome and has affected my life in so many ways. I envy those who can sit and watch movies, nap when sleepy, drive on long trips and not be sleepy. The drugs do make a person drowsy so you have a choice or having restless legs or being sleepy. I am just wondering if there is anyone else out there who is in the same situation as I am. Please don't waste your typing energy if you are going to tell me I don't have rls...it would be like me telling you that you didn't just read what I wrote. Thank you.
