sometimes i get lonely and feel very depressed. does anyone know of any natural cures? i find myself eating healthy and exercising daily but for some reason i still feel sad. please help. thank you. by the way, i refuse to take any medications. so only natural cures please.

Does anyone know any natural cures for depression. I tried googling it, but just get information on drugs. I am looking for something I could buy at a health food store, vitamins, herbals, etc. Not something I would need a prescription for. ThanksPS The depression is situational, but since I haven't been able to change them I thought if I could change my mood that might help me change them.

nutritional supplements. i have suffered for so long with anxiety and depression and bi polar and a fellow bi polar friend of mine turned me in this direction and the diffrence has been amazing. i can think clearly again with no racing thoughts or depression. im just wondering if anyone else has had this experience as well and if not then why?quietminds.us

I'll be 17 October 5th and I've been clinically depressed for 3 years. I was diagnosed but never put on medication because my mother didn't want a " medded up kid." I now don't have any insurance and I've been having manic episodes of depression for the last year I'm insanely happy and through the roof with joy and nothing could evr hurt me and nothing could ever get me down, then in two minutes it seems I'm so low I contemplate suicide just to end this torturous rollar coaster. I also suffer with an eating disorder for the last year and a half and I'm becoming desperate. Please help me. What are some natural cures for depression??? Anything you might have done? I'm trying to hold on, but this is just getting to be too much for me. Please help me.
