Does anyone know how to QUICKLY cure sore throats?
Well yesterday my throat started itching and hurting a tiny bit. I didn't think anything of it because I always get little tickles in my throat. But then I woke up today and it hurts like heck. Ive taken chloroseptic spray and that doesn't help for more than 5 minutes. I suck on " Halls Breezers" but that doesn't take the pain away. Does anyone have advice or suggestions for me to try and get this sore throat away? Thank you

i have sore throat and phlegm..i had to skip school today because i could hardly talk and it hurt a little bit when i swallowed. ive been taking robitussin and drinking and its helping a little bit. Are there any tips or remedies to help??btw i heard if your sick exercising especially running will help... will that work in this case? because i took a warm bath i heard the steam helps and i ran a little bit.Is there any medicine you suggest or that i should stay away from?
