What's is the cure for insomnia?! i need help?
anything non drug or surgery related please. something natural. anything that you know of or think is helpful to help an insomniac sleep. something to ingest or a technique. i really want to sleep again. my grades are slipping, i cant focus or think straight and im tired as hell and feel like i cant accomplish anything anymore. i dont wanna take sleeping pills cause they're bad for you i've taken them before. i feel so desperate for help.

I have had insomnia for about 4 5 months and it seems like it getting worse. It started out just having trouble falling asleep now i have trouble staying asleep. This is been a major problem as it has been affecting not only my school grades but i've been struggling to pay attention at my job and its affecting my performance. I tried a couple OTC drugs but none of them seem to work is there any natural cures for insomnia or anything that will work??

I literally have not had a steady sleep pattern in over 6 years. I always sleep around 4am or way later. And I havent woken up at 9am consistently in years. I have no problems getting to sleep most of the time ..I actually fall asleep quite early. The problem is waking up, and trying to get back to sleep. For example Last Friday I went to sleep at 930..Woke up at 11... fell back to sleep by 12 30..Woke up again at 1 30 a.m....And that was officially the start of my day, I could not go back to sleep after that. It is a pretty typical sleeping pattern of mine. It got so bad this whole weekend that I could not go to work today because I was so tired. Anyone have the same issues? Any tips how to get back to sleep?

Cure for insomnia/mixed up days?
It's not much of insomnia, but my days and nights are mixed up. I dont fall asleep until 7 or 8am, and wake up around 5pm. I have prescription medication, Trazodone, but that still doesn't help. Anyone know any good home remedies that should work for me, and hopefully get my sleeping back on the right track?
