I have a big old canker sore on my lip from where my retainer keeps rubbing at least I think thats why . I've gotten one in the same spot before. It hurts like hell Is there a way to help it besides just swishing salt water around? And lets be serious, there is no way I'm using mouthwash on a canker sore.
