How to cure chapped lips (without chapstick or any medicines)?
I'm in Argentina and have horribly chapped lips but they don't have any chapstick where I'm staying I'm going to buy some tomorrow when the store opens but until then what can I do? I heard adding butter works.

I just read something about mixing sugar and water and rubbing that on your lips, but also applying a layer of whatever brand chap stick and putting sugar on that layer. Opinions?Well I figure it's down to drinking water. I've even put water on my lips to see if that helps but they dry out with a minute again. Any tips or help? Oh, and don't say chap stick please because if I don't put it on then they'll just dry out. It's annoying to depend on chap stick Thanks for any answers.

ok its more than 2 weeks that im suffering from this problem,i tried lots of things like butter,vaseline,olive oil and so many things.Now im using a cream that i bought from pharmacist but all these 's done nothing.My doctor gave me vitamin B COMPLEX drinking flacone but all these failed to work.As im on warfarin a blood thinner and could not have more multivitamins etc is it due to some defficiency Bcoz i avoid vitamin k rich foods those decrease the functions of warfarin or something else?please solve my problem.

yeah my lips are chapped super bad i keep using chapstick but its not helping at all...and i tried different brands too...nothing seems to help..is there any family secrets or something u heard to help chapped lips? thanx...
How to cure chapped lips.?
It's not constant but I've struggled with chapped lips for a long while. When I was younger I'd just assumed that I was allergic to chap stick because it had made my lips very dry and very very peel able. There were times I used it almost 2 years ago and there was no side effects. But now the dryness and peeling is back when I thought I had grew out of it and i have run out of ideas because vaseline doesn't even work. I'd really appreciated it if you know if this is a medical condition or if there is something i can do about it.I have tried just about every chap stick there is including specifics like extra moisturizer and medical, and it's dry to the point that I could lick my lips and maybe not even a minute later be dry or close to dry like I didn't even do anything to begin with.

I've always had chapped lips. I put Carmex on every night before I go to bed. Normally it keeps my lips pretty mousturized, but if I forget it just one night my lips get all dry and cracked. Sometimes they get like that again during the day. It drives me crazy Is there anything I can do to cure my chapped lips? Do I seriously have to wear some kind of chapstick at all times? Are there any at home remedies With stuff I would actually have around the house. Not random things I'd have to go out and buy just for this... I could use?
