Ways to prevent and cure bronchitis?
I have untreated asthma and I get bronchitis easily several times in just the winter if I am not careful. Now, that being said, I end up with a heavy medical bill each year and I currently have bronchitis again and I am positive that is what it is, since I get it so frequently . Normally I am given an antibiotic, but that is getting expensive and I am becoming pretty immune and this bout is NOT going away on its own. I am at the end of resources before ANOTHER visit to the doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions for a way to get rid of this illness and a more effective manor of prevention other than staying bundled up and covering my mouth so that I don't inhale the cold air? Please, I really could use help I think it would be helpful to add that I had the flu then a cold several days later and developed the bronchitis within days after so I am unsure if it is viral or bacterial.My symptoms to make sure it is what I believe it is Mucus movement in my chest when I deeply inhale, coughing fits when I deeply inhale and when I lay down, discolored yellow green mucus being coughed up, constant pressure feeling on my chest, coughing fit when pressure is applied to my chest, chest pain when I inhale coldish air and I have had these symptoms for roughly a week, I am currently taking Musinex Expectorant for the chest congestion and robitusson for my excessive cough, though I am doing my best to cough it up. im 14 and its 4 30 am at 3 20 when i went to sleep its ramadan im waking up at 3 to eat suddenly my lower jaw the fleshy area started really itching and i started to cough and release a little mucus, and wheeze alot. i already had a cold and sore throat it's red the day before and now bronchitis is adding to it. i feel irritated if i inhale cold air so currently i have my AC set on heat mode.
