Fast cold cures?
There are so many remedies out there now that claim to greatly reduce symtoms and cure colds quicker, I am curious to see what people have tryed and what seems to be the most effective product out now. I just woke up with a nasty head cold with a mild fever on Saturday. I have to get ready for interviews next week. I already got the chicken soup going and the juice. I have some sudafed but it's not doing much. The weather has been so bad I haven't ventured out since Friday. Anybody know of anything that will get me up and running by Wenesday?

I've woken up feeling really ill.I've got a headache, my sinuses are hurting, have pains in both of my eyes, my backs really hurting and I've got all the normal cold symptoms sore throat, runny nose etc. Usually I would use a day to rest and then be fine again, however, my exams start in less that two weeks so I really can't afford to miss any college and I work both days of the weekend and can't really take days off for illness unless it is severe.I'm just worried I'm going to be ill and let it disrupt the last few days of college leading up to my examsAnyone know any quick cold flu things that will make it a bit more manageable?Thanks a lotNinaxThanks for your answers, I don't usually suffer from hayfever and this feels like my usual colds but can usually stop it with sleep.

Okay well I have had a cold since monday, and it is bugging me I've tried Nyquil and Nose drops and they don't work, and neither does anything else. I have nasal congestion, runny nose, minor headache, sore, and a sore throat.Please Does anyone know anything that will help? ? ?THANKS TO ALL WHO ANSWER

Help please, I have had a really bad cold for 2 and a half days and still have it now My nose is so blocked that I can't breathe through it. I've been taking decongestant tablets for colds & blocked noses, I've been taking vitamin c & zinc daily , I've had a hot bath , I've tried sniffing eucalyptus in hot water.Nothing has worked Does anyone know any quick cures I could try?I'd be ever so grateful as it's New Years tonight and I promised I'd go out clubbing to celebrate one of the girls Birthdays & the New Year. thanks

today is tuesday. on friday, i am going skiing. i don't want to be held back from skiing just because i have a cold. i have it early though, so what can i do to get rid of my cold before friday, thanks? D
