Any at home asthma cures?
Sometimes, I feel as if my inhaler is just not enough. I didn't know if there were any vitamins, teas or whatever that might ease asthma attacks?

I have heard of some remedies like 2 teaspoons of lemon and 1 teaspoon of water and i have heard about apple cider vinegar. I need the home remedy all of you use to help you when you don't have an inhaler. Tell me all of your remedies. I NEED INFO
